Zero-Sugar Vanilla Panna Cotta

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Sugarless Signature Blend
  • 1 vanilla bean (or 2 tsp extract)
  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin
  • 3  tbsp cold water

Method
 

  1. Bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat cream with Sugarless and vanilla until steaming (do not boil).
  3. Remove from heat, add gelatin, and whisk until dissolved.
  4. Pour into ramekins and refrigerate 4 hours.
  5. Serve with fresh berries.
