Method
- Bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
- Heat cream with Sugarless and vanilla until steaming (do not boil).
- Remove from heat, add gelatin, and whisk until dissolved.
- Pour into ramekins and refrigerate 4 hours.
- Serve with fresh berries.
